Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of You Must Be Mistaken (the "Service"), operated by HealthyDynamics AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

You Must Be Mistaken is an informational flight-deal alert service. We monitor publicly available fares and notify you when a price looks unusually low. We are not a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or online travel agent, and we do not sell, issue, or book tickets. All bookings happen directly with airlines or third-party travel providers, subject to their own terms and prices.

2. Deals, prices, and mistake fares

Deals are provided for your convenience and information only. Fares and availability change constantly and may be gone or different by the time you try to book. Some deals are "mistake" or "error" fares that an airline may decline to honor or may cancel after booking. We do not guarantee that any deal is available, accurate, bookable, or will be honored, and we are not responsible for cancelled bookings, declined fares, or any plans you make in reliance on a deal. Confirm all details before you purchase, and avoid non-refundable arrangements until your ticket is confirmed.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • The Service offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" plan. Current Pro pricing is shown on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically each period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with Pro, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. After that window, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where required by law.
  • We may change plan features or pricing. We will give reasonable notice of price changes that affect your renewal.

5. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The Service links to third-party sites where you can book. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. This never changes which deals we surface.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our deals or content without permission;
  • interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal information is complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost bookings, travel costs, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

11. Referral program

  • When you refer a friend with your referral link, the friend receives 20% off their first year of Pro, and you receive a 20% credit toward your next renewal.
  • The friend's discount applies only to new customers who have not previously subscribed. Self-referral, including using a second account or a different email address to refer yourself, is not permitted and will void the reward.
  • Your credit is earned only after your friend's payment clears and a 30-day hold passes with no refund, cancellation, chargeback, or dispute. If any of those occur within that window, the referral is disqualified and no credit is issued.
  • You must be an active paying subscriber at the time the credit is applied. The credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and is forfeited if you cancel before it is applied.
  • Rewards are limited to 10 qualified referrals per referrer per rolling year. We may modify or end the referral program at any time; unclaimed rewards may be forfeited at that point.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Add venue / dispute resolution provisions as advised by counsel.]
